Eliezer (Eli) Panell is the managing member of Panell Law Firm, LLC. In 2005 Mr. Panell was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law, Miami, Florida. In 1999 he received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. Mr. Panell is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and he is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He practices in the areas of asset protection, business law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, and tax law.
Mr. Panell is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and the Commonwealth State of Puerto Rico, and a Certified Financial PlannerTM. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Panell is an adjunct business law, tax, and accounting professor for Carlos Albizu University, the Vice-President of Finances and Executive Board Member for the Doral Business Council, the Treasurer for the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, and the President for the Doral Chapter (NW Professionals) for Business Network International Miami-Dade, Inc. Before beginning his law practice, Mr. Panell worked as a Tax Accountant for seven years for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Grant Thornton International. Currently, Mr. Panell is pursuing his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama.
